A name or place entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party company that supplies that tool. The provider processes the request and presents its own results. Zapata County Criminal History does not keep a separate log of those search terms.

Zapata County Criminal History does not compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to the Zapata County Sheriff's Office, the 49th District Court and county clerks, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a third party's criminal-history file. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies supply the search tools that appear on some pages. Information submitted in a partner tool is governed by that company's privacy terms, retention rules, and sharing practices. Review those terms before running a search because this policy does not control the provider.
